Ongoing Experiences
Sleep Guiding
Exploring the states of consciousness we move into during the nighttime can be delightful and overwhelming depending on which chapter we are are currently exploring in the stories of our lives. As an evidence-based sleep researcher, a lifetime dreamer, and person deeply passionate about nighttime consciousness I am dedicated to helping you create your own ideal roadmap towards more restful nights.
Working 1:1, I’ll meet you where you currently are in your journey of nighttime rest and we will co-create a roadmap towards where you’d like to go.

Creativity Guiding
Have an idea but don’t know exactly where to start? Got a creative project you need a little extra encouragement through? Stuck with a deadline that has no clear creative side?
I’d love to work with you 1:1 to help set you up with a personalized, creativity-based workflow to get you started, keep you on track, and celebrate your success.
Movement Guiding
Locating, re-centering, and grounding into our own unique way of moving in our physical bodies is essential. When we can trust our bodies in space, we can live out our own stories in a grounded way. The process within our bodies is constantly evolving and I’m excited to explore, deepen, and re-explore your connection to self, environment, and other.
Working 1:1, I’ll meet you where you currently are in your daily movements and provide invitations to more fully embody anything wanting to be expressed through movement.
