Currently, I am helping individuals improve their sleep habits through personalized coaching sessions. I also conduct small workshops that focus on topics like sleep, mindfulness, and emotional well-being. The aim of these workshops is to promote better understanding and communication about these subjects.


Integrative Sleep Hygiene Coaching

Exploring the different states of consciousness during the night can feel both wonderful and overwhelming, depending on the chapter of our lives we are experiencing. As a sleep researcher, dream enthusiast, and someone passionate about exploring nighttime consciousness, I am dedicated to helping you improve your quality of rest.

Through personalized sessions, we will work together to create a unique roadmap towards achieving better rest. I combine evidence-based research with intentional inquiry, art and movement practices tailored to your specific needs and goals.

4-session package: $180-$400
6-session package: $280-$590
8-session package: $380-$775

  • I offer 30-minute, free consultations so we can both assess goodness of fit
  • I also offer consultations for professionals looking to understand how sleep educations specific to your field can help your work
    Hourly consultation rate: $55 – $150
